Taiko on tap! Ready to drum & dance our dreams

Taiko On Tap! is a new rhythmic collaboration between drummers (from the Great Lakes Taiko Center ensemble Raion Taiko) and dancers (led by Detroit tap artist/instructor Paige Bell) sharing collective energy and spirit through the song DREAM (composed by Yamada Mizue).

Catch our Taiko-Tap performance in the 2nd half of the 10th Annual Celebration of Dreams benefit show (featuring many fantastic metro Detroit performers, including Sakura Japanese Instrumental Group) on Sunday, Feb. 25th 2024 (4-8pm ET) at the Village Theater in Canton, MI. This fundraising event for Sanctum House (a sanctuary for women survivors of human trafficking) is presented by The Center for Performance Arts and Learning.
